Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the 450 posts of ‘Assistant-2023’ in the Reserve Bank of India, hereinafter referred to as ‘Bank’. Selection for the post will be through a country-wide competitive examination in two phases i.e., Preliminary and Main examination followed by a Language Proficiency Test (LPT). - Candidates to Ensure their Eligibility for the Posts:
Before applying, candidates should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria for the advertised posts. Bank would admit to the Examination all the candidates applying for the post with the requisite fee/intimation charges (wherever applicable) based on the information furnished in the ONLINE application and shall determine their eligibility only at the final stage i.e., document verification. If at any stage, it is found that any information furnished in the ONLINE application is false/ incorrect or if according to the Bank, the candidate does not satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post, his/ her candidature will be cancelled. Such candidates can be removed from Bank’s services without notice if he / she has already joined the Bank.
- Mode of Application:
Candidates are required to apply ONLINE only through the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. No other mode for submission of application is available.

5. Use of MOBILE PHONES and other electronic devices BANNED:
) Mobile phones or any other communication devices are not allowed inside the premises, where the examination is being conducted. Any infringement of these instructions shall entail disqualification including ban from future examinations.
b) Candidates are not permitted to use or be in possession of calculators in examination premises.
c) Candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items including mobile phones to the venue of the examination, as arrangement for safekeeping cannot be assured.
